Terms designed for clear work.
These terms summarise the general framework for our B2B services. Each project proposal or contract prevails over this text.
Scope of services
We provide digital audit, web strategy, infrastructure, data, automation, applied AI and technical maintenance services.
Each project is defined through a proposal, quote, scope, schedule and specific terms accepted by both parties.
Client obligations
The client must provide accurate information, required accesses, materials, permissions, content and reasonable cooperation to execute the work.
The client warrants that they have sufficient rights over the materials, data, brands and information provided to us.
Prices, payments and changes
Prices, taxes, payment terms and deliverables are detailed in the relevant proposal.
Any material change in scope, priority or timeline may require a new estimate or additional approval.
Intellectual property and tools
Client-provided content remains the client's property. Specific deliverables transfer to the client once paid as agreed.
Big Plum Digital retains its methods, templates, libraries, know-how, internal processes and reusable tools, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Software, fonts, images, plugins or third-party services are governed by their own licences and terms.
Infrastructure, AI and third parties
We may work with VPS, APIs, AI models, SaaS tools or external providers where needed for the project.
AI can reduce manual work, but outputs should be reviewed when they affect relevant decisions, sensitive communications or critical data.
We apply reasonable security measures, but no internet-connected system can guarantee zero risk.
Liability
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, Big Plum Digital is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, third-party interruptions or business decisions taken without validation.
Any liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the service that caused the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Applicable law
These terms are interpreted under applicable Danish and European law. Any conflict should first be addressed in good faith between the parties.
