How long do you take to reply?

At the latest, 48 business hours: Monday to Friday, on Spanish and Danish time, which is the same. If you write on a Friday night, we reply by Tuesday at the latest.

Do I need to know already what I need?

No. Tell us what is happening and what you would like to achieve; sorting it out is part of our job. If you'd rather start with something specific, the free diagnosis is a good first step.

How much does it cost to work with you?

It depends on what is needed, which is why we don't publish prices. After the first conversation we send you a written proposal, with the scope and the price clear before we start.
